Telephone and remote support
We can offer telephone and remote support as part of our packages to our customers. Using Splashtop to connect we can remotely assist you with day to day computer problems. Our agents can login remotely and help you to fix your issue or simply make sure you are doing things right.
Sometimes remoter support isn’t possible when hardware goes wrong and a visit will be required. Schipio can get an engineer straight to your doorstep to either fix the issue immediately or bring the faulty computer away to repair and then deliver it back in fully working order.
Computers have many regular tasks that need to be performed from windows updates to virus scans. Our routine maintenance package will mean we either visit you on a regular basis to preform these tasks for you. Or we can provide a remote maintenance package where we remote on at a regular time outside of working hours to do maintenance on your computers.
