Schipio uses Splashtop as our method of supporting our customers, With this product we can easily connect and support you when you have dificilties with your computer's or Servers. Below is a breif set of instructions on how to install the Splashtop Remote support client onto your computer.
To Begin you need to click on the purple Splashtop button
This will take you to the spalshtop installer page.
You need to put a tick into the "I am sure i want to allow remote acces to my computer" box shown above.
Click the download button and your web browser will prompt you to download the file, please see below the screen from a couple of popular browsers
Google Chrome
Click on the keep button in the bottom left hand corner and the file will be downloaded
click on the Splashtop button in the bottom left hand corner of the screen
Internet Explorer
click the save button at the bottom of the screen
click the run botton at the bottom of the screen.
Once the program has run and the install is completed the Splashtop program will open and will ask you to enter a code
Enter the code below into the Code box and press allow access
We will now be able to access your computer from our offices.
